NO.5 Bottle Warming Tunnel 1. This warming system is used to warm up the PET bottles, glass bottle and cans after cold carbonated drink filing
2. After cold beverage filling, he bottles is very cold, colder than the temperature of the room, so there will be condensing water occur on the whole bottle surface continuously until the filled bottles become same temperature as the room temperature, so the purpose of the bottle warmer is to prevent water condensing on the cold bottles and make a good condition for labeling, and packing.
3. Also after filled, the bottle's body and bottle's neck will speckle by the beverage more or less, so the bottle warmer is also can rinse the filled bottle with the circular water, it work as a rinser too
How the bottle warmer works?
Warming water is sprayed on the bottles evenly. After spraying, the lower temperature water can be return to heating section and heating again, and then it will come into spraying tunnel again. Like this way, the user can save the energy and water wastage in this system.

NO.6 Hot Glue Labeling MachineThe containers are picked up by the infeed starwheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells.
The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point.
Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding.

1.Bottle grabber
According to the different appearance characteristics of the product, the bottle grabbing mechanism is designed and manufactured, and the corresponding bottle grabbing mechanism is used for each specification of the product to carry out the bottle grabbing work. The bottle grabber group adopts the airbag type bottle grabbing head, which will not damage the bottle.
2.Elevating mechanism of bottle grabbing group

3.Bottles are transported to the bottle collection area on the case packing machine by the bottle feeding conveyor belt, and the bottle separating board divides the conveyed bottles into columns and transported to the bottle waiting position by the conveyor belt.

6.Bottle/case conveyor belt

7.Bottle grabbing group:
