NO.1 Bottle UnscramblerThe machine is using twice bottle pressing and bottle sorting construction; it will reduce the possibility of wrong bottle dropping, and will enhance bottle sorting efficiency;
2. Special designed bottle dropping grooves can be suitable for bottles with different length, only need to do little adjustment to bottle dropping grooves when change bottles;
3. There is mould changing window in the middle of frame case, it is for mould change and jam clearance if any;
4. There is repair window set under the frame case, it is for technician go inside for repair;

Working principle:
When the bottle elevator is started, the disordered bottles will be transferred on top of umbrella shape tower, and then fall into bottle ascending-descending devices. The bottle ascending-descending devices will push bottles into bottle dropping grooves under the action of cam. Then the ordered bottles will be sent out through planet wheel into air conveyor. Planet wheel is connected with motor main axis by synchronous belt.

NO.6 Hot Glue Labeling MachineThe containers are picked up by the infeed starwheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells.
The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point.
Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding.

1.Bottle grabber
According to the different appearance characteristics of the product, the bottle grabbing mechanism is designed and manufactured, and the corresponding bottle grabbing mechanism is used for each specification of the product to carry out the bottle grabbing work. The bottle grabber group adopts the airbag type bottle grabbing head, which will not damage the bottle.
2.Elevating mechanism of bottle grabbing group
The rocker arm structure is adopted, the structure is more advanced and reasonable, the movement is lighter and more stable, and the power consumption is also smaller.
3.Bottles are transported to the bottle collection area on the case packing machine by the bottle feeding conveyor belt, and the bottle separating board divides the conveyed bottles into columns and transported to the bottle waiting position by the conveyor belt.

6.Bottle/case conveyor belt

7.Bottle grabbing group:
It is composed of multiple groups of bottle grabbers, each group of bottle grabbers can grab a specified number of bottles at the same time, and the bottle grabbers are separated by cylinders.
