NO.2 Air Conveyor
Feauture:
It is supported by the arm on the ground,the air blower is settled
304 SUS machine frame on the air conveyor,each inlet of air conveyor has an filter to prevent dust coming into ,it is the bridge between blowing machine and filler.
NO.3 Condiment Oil Filling And Sealing Machine
This machine include filling capping function in one machine, use gravity method for oil filling.
In-feed bottle by air conveyor, neck hanging ( by chain plate conveyor available), output bottle by chain plate conveyor belt.

NO.4 Hot Glue Labeling MachineThe containers are picked up by the infeed starwheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells.
The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point.
Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding.
Process: Infeed bottle → pre-position →label cutting → gluing → labeling→ label by press out → finish
NO.5 Carton Box Packing Machine
This equipment is based on absorbing foreign technology, our company innovatively designed and manufactured it, and it is a frame-type case packing machine with pneumatic + electric working mode. Compact structure, elegant appearance, low energy consumption, stable operation and convenient operation. The rocker arm works flexibly, driven by a frequency conversion motor, and runs smoothly.
No.6 Palletizer SystemThe Automatic Palletizer can put different products in a fixed order and stack them on the pallet automatically. Number of product and layers can be set .easy for the fork moves the full pallet into storehouse. This equipment adopts PLC ,touch screen and intelligent managing which is not only simple and easy to master, but also reducing the labor.
